Location - near main street and beach, different food, clean service every day.

Cold water in swiming pool, any bedding (only sheet and blanket).

Thank you all for our nice stay, we can recommend it to everyone. Taste the food in Funny Pub, you only need to walk 650 feet to reach it. Walking distance to Casino Kuban. Sunny Beach City Center neighborhood was worth exploring.

A good surprise by the pool

The central location was perfect for exploring, and the friendly atmosphere. We loved the daily towel art from housekeeping-it was a charming touch!

The noise from nearby bars kept us up at night, made relaxation difficult. The food selection was quite basic, leading us to dine out more often than planned.

I liked a lot the location because it is in the centre of Sunny Beach near the beach, rooms are nice, food is good but dessert is poor.

Diving into the local food scene, I discovered some gems like Mamacita's and Bistro Billy, serving up flavors that left my taste buds dancing! The lovely housekeeping staff and the clean, modern rooms added to the charm of our family getaway.

A cheeky caution though, the noise from outside was a bit of a party crasher-discos and bars kept the vibe high but the sleep low. While I requested a quieter room, it was fully booked, so I had to embrace the buzz of Sunny Beach.

Outstanding food, overall gorgeous place.

Everything was nice, including incredibly nice staff and magnificent location right in the centre of Sunny Beach. Beautiful & neat room, with a safe, a sofa bed, and a work desk. Very good breakfast with a wide range of food options. Good service, private parking available nearby. A gym was a big bonus too. Very nice experience there.

Magnificent setting, amiable and attentive staff.

Cosy comfort twin room, lovely beds. A lot of facilities like: a work desk, multi-channel TV, and a sitting area.

It was very central to every where in resort, however it was very noisy all night with being so close to all the night clubs.

The staff could have been more helpful regarding babies needs, ie. there was no equipment in room for making bottles and a kettle was requested but declined. Considering it is rated 4 star this was very poor. The rooms were very basis again for 4 star standard, more like average 3 star.

Just a balanced option for a passing visit in Sunny Beach with very good value for money. The cleaning staff did a great job daily, keeping everything tidy. Remember to check the restaurant timing to avoid wait times during peak hours.

Take advantage of the evening ice bar outings with the entertainment team for a fun group experience at no additional cost.

Missing letters from hotel name on front wall (hotel ba). First four star hotel I've been with no shampoo or shower cap or slippers. The shower was just a tap and pipe from wall; the water drained in the middle of the bathroom like in a 1* or 2* hotel. Old huge tube tv. Useless ac. Huge price for what it offers.

We just loved the fun animation program, especially my 4-year-old daughter who couldn't get enough of the kids' discos every evening. The relaxing pool area and beautiful garden were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day of activities. One small downside was the food variety, which could've been a bit more exciting, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 😊

The food is mostly a letdown. The dinner menu is repetitive and often features the same unexciting options like pasta, chicken, and cold dishes that resemble cafeteria fare. The room's air conditioning is iffy too. It struggled to keep the place cool, and switching rooms didn't help much. Oh, and if you're planning to dine during peak hours, good luck finding a table in the cramped restaurant-wait times can be ridiculous. Nightly noise from nearby clubs can be a real pain. The pool area could really use a cleanup. There were reports of untrimmed weeds and a lack of proper maintenance affecting overall enjoyment. For the price, I expected a bit more quality across the board.
